APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to request a tattoo or piercing appointment, please fill out the form below. There are designated prompts to include reference imagery as well as a photo of where you would like your tattoo placed on the body. Please be as thorough as possible and provide additional info about size and detail for the project you're wanting completed. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your tattoo appointment. Large scale and multiple session projects are subject to a higher deposit amount. Please note that your submission is a request and a tattoo appointment is not confirmed until a deposit is secured.
